Akai has a long history of creating some really functional and versatile midi controllers. Great feed back, assignable pads and knobs, with and full support from the Akai company. Sometimes Companies actually listen to their clients and when they do you get  products like the Behringer Neutron. Behringer is known for bringing back retro sounds, but the neutron a brand new all the way through. Awesome red color aside, the most striking feature is the patch bay on the right. Take any sound to an endless level using the amazing LFO in various combinations. Its an eye opening product that doesn't open your wallet to wide. We call it the Live Sound DAW. As one of the most versatile and capable Digtal Audio Work- Stations to ever exist, Ableton doesn't just do beats, but any type of music, sound engineering, mixing mastering, audio sampling and LIVE sound. The layout and work flow are awesome for exploring your creativity. Though it isn't the least expensive of the software currently available, its worth its weight in any commodity. Affordable! Great support team! Iconic Sounds. Easy to learn layout. FL Studio has been around and engaged in virtually every conversation for EDM and genres. It is exceptional for finger drummers, beat makers, sample and type beat producers, and  many other digital musicians. The work flow is fun and intuitive. Multi-dimensional Platforms that work for any type of user are few and far fetched ideas, but you just need a reason. We call this the fun software.  If ever money paid for the feel, essence, or strength of sound, it would have happened for Moog Subsequent 37. The name and brand of Moog has been around for decades. Anybody who knows synthesis knows the name, but have touched something that just felt like magic? When we first saw the sub 37, we were on a budget. Our interact led to saving to ensure we got one.  Moog of course created the model d w/ keyboard. It was used by many famous and non famous artist across the world. It was also out of the average producers budget. Fast Fwd to innovation and Behringer recreates a retro sound for sub $300. We have done everything from FX, basslines, and synth leads, to live play and samples. It's a starter Synth that can be used to develop mastery. 

So we may have a sleeper synth on our hands. People know about it, but often over look the after touch, the digital controls, the touch based controls, the component soft ware, the auto mapping, the vocoder, fantastic presets, software integration.
